Purge or Archive wizard do not start

Summary
User requires a stress test for Archive or Purge functionality. On stress test server when user creates configuration and scheduled process PRPC does nothing.
No records in logs, no appeal to database, no records in interval statistics On other development server this functionality works fine.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create configuration with help of Archive or Purge Configuration wizard.
- Schedule process.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
For daily run of purge or archive, user should configure like below:
Run this process every = 1 (for daily)
days starting = enter current date or a future date for the first purge or archive cycle
