pxAddChildWork <class> is not a covered class.

SA-11735

Summary

Currently when progressing a work object through to the point where it is supposed to be creating sub cases an error is generated. This seems to be is occurring when using the implementation class but does not happen at the framework level.

Error Messages

pxAddChildWork PEGASAMPLE-FW-TESTINGFW-Work-Test is not a covered class

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Case Type at Implementation and Framework layers
  2. Create a child Case Type at Implementation and Framework layers
  3. At runtime start main Case Type process from Implementation side.
  4. When trying to add a child case the error is generated

Root Cause

The main Case Type wasn’t configured correctly at the Implementation side. This Case Type wasn’t having any potential child processes defined.

Resolution

The configuration has been changed in order for both Case Type (Implementation and Framework) to be identical with the same potential child processes defined.
