pySelected not retaining the value if user performs logout

Summary
User is using pySelected Checkbox to hold some values on clipboard.
When work object is created, user is able to see the pyselected values in the clipboard. Same is not seen after logout and login again and open the same work object

Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a section and place a pyselected checkbox in it. Use the section in a dynamic layout which is sourced from pagelist.
2.Create a work object and observe the values of the work object in the clipboard.
3.Open the same work object from the clipboard after performing logout and log in.
Root Cause
The Data Access was set to "refer to datapage" in the property list, which actually will not save the data into the propertylist, hence when logout is done the data is removed from clipboard.
Resolution
Change the Data access of the property to "Copy from data page" which actually maintains the copy of the data and stores in the propertylist.
