pyShowFulPortal does not work when launched from an email

Summary
On clicking a link from an email for a case, the portal opens with a work object or a case (randomly). Intermittently, only the work object opens instead of the portal and the work object.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case and include a Send Email step.
- Include a URL in the below format.
http://xyz:8080/prweb/PRServlet/some_token/!STANDARD?pyActivity=Data-Portal.ShowDesktop&isSnapStart=true&pyShowFullPortal=true&applicationName=appName&Action=openWorkByHandle&InsHandle=pzInskey
- Send the email.
- Click the URL from Outlook.
Root Cause
pyShowFullPortal is the parameter for mobile SnapStart only. It does not work correctly on the desktop application.
Resolution
As a local-change, modify the pyShowFullPortal value to 'false' in the URL.
