pyWorkPage does not display entire data on refreshing the page

Summary
The pyWorkPage does not display the entire data on refreshing the page using the browser. The data for the pxObjCLass and pyRuleHarness properties displays correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Case Default portal
- Navigate to Cases
- Open R-1 case instance
- Click the Open Harness link in Information tab. This opens the user defined review harness in which IntegerValue is set to 1
- Refresh the page using the browser. The Integer Vaule displays blank
- Navigate to the Clipboard. The pyWorkPage displays blank
Root Cause
The replaceCurrent parameter generates incorrect reload for doUIAction.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42055.
