pzOperatorsInWorkGroup report does not return all operators

Summary
The pzOperatorsInWorkGroup report definition in Pega-EndUserUI:07-10-15 returns 50 records when a work group is specified. Since this report definition is used to populate an autocomplete in the out-of-the-box pyTransferAssignment section, users do not see all operators belonging to the workgroup when attempting to transfer a work item.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the pzOperatorsInWorkGroup report definition, specifying a workgroup that has more than 50 users in it.
Root Cause
The report defintion was restricted to return only 50 records. This restriction is not necessary and should be removed.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27669.
