CPMInteraction Portal > Manager Tool > Select work for quality review always return 0 cases

Steps to Reproduce

  1. CPMInteraction Portal > Manager Tool > Select work for quality review
  2. Input the selection criteria, but none of the case found

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems code or rules.


  1. Save the ListView CASearchQualityReviewCases in User Work Ruleset and optimize the properties IsRelatedToPriorInquiry, ContactDisposition, QualityReviewCaseID to expose the Columns.
  2. Save the Activity CASearchQualityReviewCases to Application work ruleset and change the list view class parameter (param.ViewClass) in Step 6 to User Work Class.
