Quality review management pointing to wrong table
CPMInteraction Portal > Manager Tool > Select work for quality review always return 0 cases
Steps to Reproduce
- CPMInteraction Portal > Manager Tool > Select work for quality review
- Input the selection criteria, but none of the case found
A defect in Pegasystems code or rules.
- Save the ListView CASearchQualityReviewCases in User Work Ruleset and optimize the properties IsRelatedToPriorInquiry, ContactDisposition, QualityReviewCaseID to expose the Columns.
- Save the Activity CASearchQualityReviewCases to Application work ruleset and change the list view class parameter (param.ViewClass) in Step 6 to User Work Class.
