Query in SQL Connect to Oracle does not return results

Summary



A query in a SQL Connect to an Oracle database is not returning results. The script works in an Oracle SQL Developer tool.

Error Messages



No errors returned.


Steps to Reproduce



Run a query against an Oracle database.


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.



Resolution



This issue is resolved by taking the following  action to the PRPC operating environment: Restart the application server for the full metadata of the database to be properly read.
