on pop up.

2. Perform any functionality.
3. Screen pop up (error message) occurs.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. There is no validation to check PegaCTI is isntalled or not and then bind to customer browser.

Modify the CPMPortalLogo section.

The CPMPortalLogo section is referenced in several CPM Portal streams, which user should be able to copy  into a local ruleset and then remove the reference to the ScreenPopControl HTML Property in the JSP code.
