RC-4837 Document indicator not resetting

Summary
Reason code has 4837 has EXPBillingForm requried when “whenMCQ105Yes“ is true. In the current scenario it is getting false so the document is not generating which is expected. But the document indicator is not getting reset to 0, so the case has a document indicator 1 but no document is getting generated.

Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select reason code 4837.
- Answer ancillary questions as specified.
- Answer “Had the account been closed” question as “No.”
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30038.
