For Reason Code (RC) 4855, on the Ancillary Question (AQ) screen, an error message is shown but there is no validation. Users can ignore this message and submit ancillary questions.
This question is appearing for the following RCs and no validation is shown:
1. 4855
2. 4859-RS5-NS1
3. 4859-RS5-NS2
4. 4859-RS5-NS3
5. 4859-RS5-NS4
6. 4859-RS5-NS5
7. 4859-RS5-NS6
8. 4859-RS7

Steps to Reproduce
1. Select a Mastercard debit transaction.
2. Select RC 4855 and any condition code.
3. Go to ancilliary questions.
4. Answer all the questions and submit.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
HFix-21428 addresses this issue.
