RC 73 or 74.1 displays incorrect question

Summary
For Reason Code (RC) 73 and 74.1 there is an additional question that displays - “Will the account number be listed on the Exception File with a Negative Response on or before the Chargeback Central Processing Date and remain on the Exception file with a Negative Response for at least 90 calendar days from the Chargeback Central Processing Date?”.
This question must be removed from the reason codes.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Select RC 73, or RC 74.1
2. Ensure that the dispute has the criteria to trigger the display of an additional question
Root Cause
There is a defect in customer application code/rules. There is a number of deprecated condition codes in use that are causing the incorrect question to appear.
Resolution
The following condition codes are no longer supported: 74 1-1, 74 1-2, or 74 1-3.
