RC4840 generates invalid alert on ancillary question

Summary
The current validation message “Before chargeback the issuer must block the account on its host and list the cardholder account number on the MasterCard Account File with a capture card response until card expiration” is displayed if all the checkboxes for the question “A cardholder letter contains all of the following” are selected. This is not as per requirement.

Navigate to RC4840 and answer ancillary question, "A cardholder letter contains all of the following" to observe the issue.
Root Cause
HTML PegaCard-Sd-Dispute-MC- • AncQ105 is incorrect and needs to be updated.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22418.
