Summary

On the Visa Exhibit (chargeback forms) it has to be ensured that only the questions for the selected reason code are being filled in on the form. There are some issues in which the values for questions that apply to other reason codes on the form may have a value in the clipboard and are appearing on the Visa Exhibit even though a different reason code is selected for processing the chargeback. The form needs to be updated to correct this.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.

The Exhibit form HTML Exhibit2E_4(PegaCard-Sd-Dispute-Visa-International-) needs update with respect to the logic to display the filled in questions in the form for the only selected reason code.

Resolution

HFix-21564 resolves thie issue
