Re-Open Work Item action on a menu item does not work

Summary
The ‘Re-Open Work Item’ action on a menu item does not work. However, this works when the action is configured on a button.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a menu with an action as below:
- Drag a Navigation menu.
- In the Navigation link in the Action tab, select Re-Open Work item.
Configure the menu with the action on a button as well.
- Drag a button.
- In the Action tab, configure a Re-Open Work Item action.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Re-Open Work Item in the menu is not handled in Pega. As a result, empty Data-Click attribute is generated. Hence, no action is performed when the Re-Open Work Item is clicked from the menu item.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53536.
