Steps to Reproduce

There is no specific use case to replicate the issue.

Root Cause

Email server took longer time to respond to a connect call from PRPC sporadically.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
Increase read time out using DSS below (default was 60 seconds):

• Owing ruleset: Pega-IntSvcs
• Setting Purpose: email/timeout
• Value: 120000
