Refresh Section is not working onchange event for Auto complete

Summary
User have an issue with Auto complete control where source is a Data page and has an Onchange event with Pre-activity in which the flags are set which makes the other autocomplete visible.

Steps to Reproduce
- Select a value from first auto complete and configure a refresh section on-change event and an activity too to select some flags.
- Configure another autocomplete whose visibility condition will be depending on the above mentioned flags.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application configuration: it should be ensured that the flags are getting set and then the refresh section should be called.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
First configure the activity and then use post value to set the flag status to the clipboard and then configure a refresh section on-change event of the first autocomplete.
