Refreshing twice using Other Actions, a blank screen appears
While refreshing the screen twice by using out-of-the-box (OOTB )Other Actions, a blank screen is witnessed.
Perform Refresh action twice using Other Actions> Refresh.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into application.
2. Create a case Product Issue Intake or open an existing case.
3. Click on "REvent".
4. Select Refresh from Other actions menu.
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
1.Too long URL when calling reloadHarness.This results in 400 error code.
2. Activity RefreshOnConflicts - In this step 3 - step page is missing.
This issue is resolved by HFix-22728.
