Reopen case pop up does not display in Chrome browser

Summary



When attempting to reopen a case that is already open, the following popup dialog must display. However, this popup does not display in the Chrome browser.




Error Messages



Error message on the Chrome developer tools console,

A window.confirm() dialog generated by this page was suppressed because this page is not the active tab of the front window. Please make sure your dialogs are triggered by user interactions to avoid this situation.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open any case in the Review mode.
  2. Open the same case from another location (for exmaple, Workbasket).


Root Cause



Changes were made to confirm dialogs in Chrome 69. In certain circumstances, the changes were suppressed.


Resolution



An enhancement request, FDBK-60162, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
