Reopening already open interaction it is opened in review mode



Reopening an already open interaction opens in Review mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an interaction case in the CPM interaction portal.
2. Search the same case, and try to open it again.
3. The Conflict Check pop-up appears notifying that the case will be reloaded.
4. Click OK.

Root Cause

The interaction is reopened using OpenWorkByHandle. The lock is lost on opening the interaction (checked in the pr_sys_locks  DB table). Hence, it opens in the review mode.


Open the interaction using Open Assignment. The lock retains.
