In repeat grid filter, the text "[none]" is not localized

Summary
In a repeating grid layout, after filtering a column, the filter value "[none]" is not localized.
Error Messages
Steps to Reproduce
Click on Filter option in a column of repeating grid layout.
Notice that the value [none] comes up if a cell in the column filtered is empty.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by creating the a pyCaption field value for NoValueLabel. Screenshot below shows a French transalation
