Repeat Grid: Unable to filter blank and non blank values for RD

Summary
When a repeat grid sourced from a report definition is configured to allow filtering it is not possible to filter for blank and non blank values at the same time.
If the grid uses a Report Definition then selecting a blank value causes all the other values to be unchecked and become read only (i.e. you can only filter on blank values, and not blank values + something else).
Resolution
This behaviour is expected when using report definitions as the source for a grid. This configuration does not currently support filtering for blank and non blank values.
This is targeted to be enhanced in 7.1.8
