Repeating grid page context issue for the Data Transform

In the PRPC 6.3 we have checkbox control(from pega gadgets and not pychecbox) and in the behavior tab we can configure a refresh section to call a Data transform which is defined in the Data class .And in the design time it doesn't throw any error.

Now in Pega 7 as we do not have the checkbox control and when we try to configure the pycheckbox and on action (on change when tried to run the Data transform) it doesn't allow to configure the Data transform from the Data class , due to the grid context it searches the DT in the work class.

This is a post upgrade issue.

Error Messages

"Rule prerequisite error"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Try to configure a repeated grid .Source it from Data class.
  2. Use the checkbox from the PEGA-gadgets to configure one of the cell in the repeat grid (fist choose the property as pySelected for it.
  3. Now on behavior tab ,configure a refresh section ,and call a Data transform which will try to pick it from the Data layer/class.
  4. The same when tried in Pega 7 will throw the error.

Root Cause

A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules that the checkbox control is replaced with the option .pxcheckbox, which doesn't give the support for the old control checkbox,as we cannot configure behavior using this.

Use the option control inherited from the property which allows to configure the behavior same as in PRPC 6.
