Report displays group by values of one column in another

After the updating from Pega 7.1.7 to Pega 7.1.9, the order of values displayed for the columns are altered in Reports Display. The values are aligned at center and it appears like the values of the first column are displayed in the next column. This issue occurred for all reports including out-of-the-box reports.
