Summary

Defined the data transform "pyReportEditorProperties" in one of their Line Call class "Toyota-FW-Qual-QIMS-Sup-Work-LC"
This was done following Pega PDN article "https://pdn.pega.com/customize-lists-properties-and-calculations-available-report-editor"

MorePage is defined as described in the article. When user creates a Line Call report , the associations LCPartAssociation or LCSupplierAssociation are not visible when expanding More button. All the defined associations under the class structure of the data transform are not visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Defined a data transform "pyReportEditorProperties" in one of class "Toyota-FW-Qual-QIMS-Sup-Work-LC".
2. Launch any portal and goto Reports tab, select Add Report and select "CasesType:Line Call" and submit. Data editor opens up to see +More button at the bottom of all properties, expand it and no properties are seen. All the associations listed in Toyota-FW-Qual-QIMS-Sup-Work-LC layer are not visible on expanding More button.

 

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code in pzGetCustomPropsForTreeGrid for detecting if pyReportEditorProperties exists for the class or not.

Resolution

Apply HFix-30777.
