Unable to localize the report name in the Tab tile.

Localize the Tab names.
Root Cause
The Tab names were not localized due to a step in the DisplayReport activity, which did not localize the Tab title.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.1 and Pega Platform 8.3.2.
