Report Title is not displaying if tied to a Shortcut

Summary
Clicking on the Report from the Report shortcut displays the shortcut name instead if the title from the report viewer tab.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a Report Definition, provide a name in the Report title under the Report viewer Tab and assign it to a different Shortcut rule. Now verify the name displayed in the report viewer.
Root Cause
This is an expected behavior.
Resolution
An enhancement request has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management. The reference for tracking is FDBK-13340.
