Summary
On running a database query using the pr_read_from_stream User Defined Function (UDF), the report displays junk characters.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a report.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The UDFs were corrupted.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Drop and reinstall the User Defined Functions in the database.
