Reports do not display on click Category on Case Manager portal



Reports do not display on clicking Category on the Case Manager portal.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Case Manager portal
  2. Click the Reports tab
  3. Select any Category

Root Cause

In Pega Platform 7, the pyCaseManager7 portal is introduced which is designed to be the work management portal used by both end users and work managers. The older case manager(pyCaseManager) and case worker portals are deprecated. Therefore any customizations made to the older Case Management portal must be ported to the new portal.


Perform the following local-change:

Change the setting such that all the access groups that were previously referencing to the pyCaseManager portal should reference the pyCaseManager7 portal.
