Requestor level data page referred in open portal are not pruned

SA-24581

Summary

HFix-27469 was applied to address clearing of requestor level data pages when Clear pages after non-use option was selected. However, the requestor level data page is cleared only if none of the threads are referencing it. In CPM framework, the open portal thread continues to reference the data page until the user logs off completely causing piling of requestor level data pages.
