REST connectors send empty parameters in the HTTP request URL.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a REST connector with URL parameters mapped to clipboard properties
- Perform the request without setting any values for the properties. The request URL contains the parameter
For example, if we have two parameters, givenNames and lastName, and we set only lastName, the URL displays as ?givenName=&lastName=Smith
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Use the pySkipBlankQueryParts in the connection parameter as below:
Parameter Name : pySkipBlankQueryParts
Parameter value: True
Parameter Type : Boolean
Set the default value of the parameter to True.
