Summary

User opens any case which is in Page 4 of user worklist and closes the case after performing some task on it, so now the expectation is that the user should be shown Page 4 of the worklist but the user is shown Page 1 of the worklist.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any case which is in Page 3.
2. Perform some task on the case.
3. Close the case.
4. Observe that page 1 of the worklist is loaded instead of Page 3.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules 

There was refresh section configured on the section and also a custom resultpage to show the data which is not required is also configured.
So whenever the case Id is closed or any task is performed the section is getting refreshed and first page of the worklist is shown to the user.
 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Remove refresh condition on the section and also clear the "Specify custom result page" option for the grid properties, to resolve the issue.
