Revision issue on importing/activiate and rollout

Summary
The requirement is to use the Decisioning Revision Manager from the Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) to manage quick changes.
After creating an application overlay, a revision case is created and a package generated. However, unable to activate the revision post importing it to the Enterprise application using the Revision Management.
Error Messages
[tp-apr-13050-exec-13] [TABTHREAD0] [XYZ:06.70.01] (ctionWrapper._baseclass.Action) ERROR <ip1>|<ip2> zyxwv- Activity 'pyActivateToAll' failed to execute; Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'PYPREROLLOUTPROCESS' that applies to 'XYZB-'. There were 2 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 2 rules named 'PYPREROLLOUTPROCESS' defined in the rulebase are:
2 unrelated to applies-to class 'XYZB-', for example: 'PegaAccel-Management-Revision-Import'.
Steps to Reproduce
Import a revision and activate it.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53976.
