Rule-Access-When rule does not not resolve properties

SA-10971

Summary

User has created an Access When rule that is used in the Access Manager to conditionally control modify privileges for a case type. T
he Access When rule is configured to use the "Property has a value" function to check the pxUpdateOperator property; however, when the rule is executed it is not resolving the property.

User has tried adding appropriate page names to the Pages & Classes tab to help resolve but could not succeed.

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
There are no issues regarding Access When rule. The value of property pxUpdateOperator is not set to the time, the user had requested the access to that work item. This results in failure to access.
