The Rule Coverage landing page covers only rulesets, branch and checked out rules for current application.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Rule coverage landing page in Designer Studio
- Start Rule Coverage
Root Cause
The user application was not configured to include the build on application in Rule Coverage.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Navigate to operator Preference
- Check the 'Include from built-on application' check box
