Rule from file wizard fails

Summary
You try to use the Rule from File wizard to import some files but it fails
You are not able to select a RuleSet version, as nothing is listed.
Error Messages
The Flow Action post-processing activity ValidateKeys failed: PRRuntimeException.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the Rule from File wizard
2. Go to the "Pick Class And RuleSet" step
3. Clicking on "Next >>" the error is shown.
Resolution
The issue is scheduled to be fixed in Pega 7.1.8 release.
