Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment: Index files were corrupted.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Stop the PRPC instance.
- Delete the contents of the following indexing directory as shown in the search details: /web/appuser/pegaCPMFS/pegaindex/PegaRULESIndex
- Start the PRPC instance.
- Retry the indexing again.
