Steps to Reproduce


Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment: Index files were corrupted.


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Stop the PRPC instance.
  2. Delete the contents of the following indexing directory as shown in the search details: /web/appuser/pegaCPMFS/pegaindex/PegaRULESIndex
  3. Start the PRPC instance.
  4. Retry the indexing again.
