Same property reference displays inconsistently on screen

Summary
When using the same property in different sections, the property displays the value in CAPS or Camel Case.

Steps to Reproduce
Create sections containing the same property.
Root Cause
In the screen where the same property reference displayed inconsistently, the user had configured a table. A section was configured in the table, for the last name column where the Edit option was selected as Auto and the Read-only value was selected as 'Localize Property Value' in the Presentation tab. An out-of-the-box field value for low was present which translated to Low.
Resolution
As a local-change, change the option for Read-Only value as Property value.
