Summary
Request to port Hfix-22795 to Pega 7.1.8 that introduces a new dynamic systems setting used to disable SAML Replay Cache usage:
Pega-IntegrationEngine - sso/saml/disableReplayCache
Values:
true - replay cache disabled
false - replay cache enabled (default)

Root Cause
Ported existing Hotfix to Pega 7.1.8.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by Hfix-23153.
