Summary
When user unchecks the Limit the number of suggested articles option in the App Studio, the Save button on the Suggested articles modal is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the server
- Switch to the App studio
- Navigate to Settings > Behaviours tab from the left navigation pane
- Uncheck the Limit the number of suggested cases option in the General Settings on the Knowledge section. The Save button on the Suggested articles modal is disabled
Root Cause
The CSDISABLESAVECONTENT When rule conditions fail.
Resolution
Apply HFix-56857.
