Screen Flow is not working as expected for CPMHC Framework

SA-18205

Summary

In Customer Service for Healthcare (CPMHC), adding an intent which is configured as screen flow, is replacing the entire screen.

Error Messages

No error messages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Intent task flow.
2. Insert a sub process at the start and make the sub process as screen flow.
3. Try to use any in built screen flow which is using 'TabbedScreenFlow7'.
4. Try to run the Intent flow.
5. Observe that the entire Interaction driver is also replaced with screen flow.

Root Cause

Root cause of the reported behavior is a problem with 'TabbedScreenFlow7' from CPMHC layer.

It is replacing the entire screen. While the harness 'TabbedScreenFlow7' in CPM layer is working fine and is replacing only the member 360 view.

The 'Tabbedscreenflow7' rule at CPMHC layer, can be withdrawn as the design is been overridden from PRPC and not from CPM layer.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Apply HFix-25345 to withdraw 'TabbedScreenFlow7' rule from CPM HC layer and developer can customize the  'TabbedScreenFlow7' from CPM layer according to their requirement.
