Screen freezes on using Spell Check icon on the Rich Text Editor



User enters incorrect text into the Rich Text Editor (RTE) and clicks the Spell Check icon. However, the screen freezes when the user submits the form. Hence, the user is unable to perform actions.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure RTE in a section in a screenflow
  2. Enter text into the RTE and click the Spell Check icon
  3. Click Submit to finish the assignment

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
