Screen Pop not getting displayed correctly in Chrome



Customers are using Call Treatment rule and Long Poll to get a screen pop when there is a call. They are using the pxLongPollOuter section in the header of the interaction portal. The screen pop is getting displayed correctly in IE and Edge. But it is not getting displayed correctly in Chrome.

Error Messages

Not applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

Login as an agent in Chrome browser. Call the agent. Screen Pop is getting displayed only in the header area and the remaining portion is hidden.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The portal “CPMInteractionPortal” was changed in 07-22-01 to use the latest skin “CSEndUser”,


Perform the following local-change:

Do a “S
ave as” on portal "CPMInteractionPortal" into the application ruleset and update the skin to "CPMML6".
