Script error occurs when opening a case from work list



When you click on a work object from a work list in Case Manager portal, a Javascript error occurs.

Error Messages is null or not an object

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Case Manager portal.
  2. Go to one of the work list and open a work object.

Root Cause

The issue is not reproducible and it seems the JS error only occurs when the you access the portal through a VDI (Virtual Desktop).
It is observed that the VDI connection is slow and when you access pega portal directly with a faster connection, the JS error does not occur.


Not able to replicate the issue. No further information is provided for investigation. This SR is marked as resolved.
