Scroll bars do not display on the parent window

Summary
On launching a modal dialog from a grid and clicking the Next or the Previous button, scroll bars do not display on the parent window. Hence, unable to interact with all the elements on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch a modal dialog from a grid
- Click Next or the Previous button
- Dismiss the modal dialog. The scroll bar does not display.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42065.
