The scroll bar location is reset to top when Guardrail report pop-up window is clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Compliance Score landing page.
2. Ensure you have more warnings. Click Rules with warnings.
3. Scroll down the pop-up window, and launch any rule.
4. Switch back to the pop-up window. The state of the window is lost. It is scrolled top automatically.

Root Cause

Scrolling down and opening a rule resulted in the auto scroll. 

Resolution

Apply HFix-26094.
