Search does not find anything unless "old:" prefix is used

Summary



After an out-of-place upgrade to Pega 7, search is not working. However, if "old:" is added as prefix it is working.

Error Messages



NA

Steps to Reproduce



Search for any rule known to exist in the rule base

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is software user/operation error. The search system settings were not transfered correctly after upgrade.

Resolution



Correcting the Search and Indexing settings corrected this issue.
