Search icon is missing in listview report

Summary
Magnifier Search icon is missing in list view report UI.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a listview report.
- Go to content tab. Under prompt setting click on the configure button. Set as "All Access" in prompt mode drop-down and check all the checkboxes.
- Execute the list view report.
Actual Result: Magnifier search icons are missing in UI.
Expected Result: Magnifier search icons should be available in listview UI.
Root Cause
The "iconSearch" class was missing from query_wizard.css CSS file.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-21647. Following is a screen after applying the HFix in issue reported environment:
