Search Icon for Search Panel control is not visible

Summary
After upgrade from PRPC 5.x to Pega 7.1.7, the search icon for the Search Panel control is not visible. Hence, you are not able to launch the search panel
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Section.
- Use the control searchPanel.
- Launch the flow.
Root Cause
Fixed portal is deprecated control in Pega 7, in fixed portal, the element <sapn> is not recognized by the browser
Resolution
Replaced the <span> element with <div> for the search panel button with id 'searchpanel_displaypanelbutton'
Also adjusted the height of the searchPanel overlay by using following code in userworkform rule:

top: 0px !important;
}
