Section execution error on page 'pyWorkPage'

Summary
The user 's JVM was upgraded to :PRPC 7.1.7 , CPM 1.13,CSLS (CPMLS) 1.13.
After the upgrade, the section rule "CPMPerform" is not being found in Pega 7 and is throwing rule not found error.
Error Messages
Section 'CPMPerform' execution error on page 'pyWorkPage' of class 'XXX-FW-PRPFW-Work-Interaction-Call'. : Problem in JSP fragment.
Steps to Reproduce
- Click on new Menu -> Select New
- After clicking on New It should display “CPMPerform” harness but throwing Harness not found issue
- Users are not able reopen the rules in dev environment also
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. CPMThumnail of version 6 does not have any circumstance, so users circumstance it in their ruleset using the property “.Program”. But in version 7 (after upgrade), same rule is circumstanced by pega (CPMLS) using the property “.FromWeb”. As one rule cannot have two different property level circumstance (note: This is not a template rule), users are getting this error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
User withdrew the version 6 circumstanced rule.
